REFUELING OPERATIONS FUEL BUILDING VENTILATION SYSTEM - FUEL STORAGE LIMITING CONDITION FOR OPERATION 3.9.13 The fuel buildina ventilation system shall be OPERABLE.
APPLICABILITY:
WHENEVER IRRADIATED FUEL IS IN THE STORAGE POOL.
ACTION:
With no fuel buildinc ventilation system OPERABLE, suspend all coera icns involvina movement of fuel within the storage cool or crane operatio, witt loads over the storace pool until at least one fuel buildina ventilation system is restored to 0DERABLE status.
The provisions of Specificatior.
3.0.3 are not apolicable.

SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS 4.9.13 The fuel buildina ventilation system shall be demonstrated OPERABLE:
a.
At least once per 31 days by initiating flow through the fuel building ventilation system and verifyino that the system eperates for at least 15 minutes, and b.
At least once per 18 months by:
1.
Verifyino that on a hiah-hich radiation sicnal, the system automatically directs its exhaust flow throuah t"e HEPA filters and charcoal adsorber banks of the Succle-mental Leak Collection and Release Systen (SLCRS).
2.
Verifyino that the ventilation systen maintains the sie-t fuel storace pool area at a neoative pressure of > 1/5 inches Water Gauce relative to the outside atmosphere durino system operation.

Testina the SLCRS per Specification 4.7.R.l.
