Thank you for your letter of January 9, 1980, in response to our letter dated Dece=ber 12, 1979. As a result of our review, we find that additional information is needed.
Specifically:
Item C.2 You do not address your corrective act.ons taken relative to the 2 specific Manufacturing Orders, and the stamping of batch numbers and =aterial type symbols in a wrong location on the parts.
Item D.1 and D.2 Your response does not provide a date for which the review of all drawings will be conpleted.
Item E.
Your response does not address the actions taken to prevent recurrence.
Further, you did not indicate whether generic implications were considered, in that your review of d.awings appears to be limited to just those specified in NRC Inapection Report No. 79-02.
In addition, please provide the date by which your preventive seasures will be accomplished.
Item F.
Your response addresses just part of the deviation (Product Design Check Lists).
You do not address your corrective actions, actions taken to prevent recurrence, and the date by which these actions will be completed, regarding your failure to have evidence of reviav by checkers, Engineering Manager and Quality Assurance Manager, of numerous drawings.
Please provide this additional infor=ation within twenty (20) days in order that we may complete our review in a timely manner.
