Dear Mr. Engelken:
Sacramento Municipal Utility District has measured degradation of Once Through Steam Generator tubes.
Steam Generator Unit A has one tube determined degraded and Steam Generator Unit B has two tubes degraded.
Corrective action is underway. This report is being submitted to you within the requirements of Regulatory Guide 1.16 Section C.2.a(3) and Technical Specifications Sectien 6.9.4.l(c).
The Rancho Seco Resident Inspector was notified today.
