UNIT 1 - APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF CONSTRUCTION PERMIT COMPLETION DATE
Dear Mr. Denton:
By letter dated February 8, 1980, The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company requested an extension of the con-struction permit for Wm.
H. Zimmer Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1 until November, 1981.
In accordance with 10 C.F.R.
Section 170.12(c) and the telephone conversation between Messrs. Peltier and Flynn, enclosed is a check in the amount of $1,200.
For the reasons set forth in the February 8, 1980 letter, the Company has determined that this applicttion constitutes a Class II amendment of a power reactor facility permit.
