BOARD NOTIFICATION - BUCXLING OF STEEL CONTAINMENT SHELLS The enclosed package regarding criteria for buckling of steel containment shells was received by LWR on March 7,1978. Based on our evaluation of the package, we conclude that the information is too preliminary to provide any meaningful Board notification at this time.
We would appreciate an early response so that we can obtain agreement on final disposition of this item, which is part of the Dingell response package.
