CCNNECTICUT YANKEE ATOMIC POWER CCMPANY 00CKET NO. 50-213 HAODAM NECK PLANT AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE Amencment No. 30 License No. DPR-61 1.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has found that:
A.
The filing by Connecticut Yankee Atomic Power Company (the licensee) dated December 21, 1977, as revised on June 21, 1978, August 4,1978, and February 20, 1979, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Commission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The facility will operate in comformity with the licensee's filing, the provisions of tne Act, and the rules arid regula-tions of the Commission; C.
There is reasonable assurance (i) tnat the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in compliance with the Commission's regulations; D.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the common defense and security or to' the health and safety of the public; and E.
The issuance of this amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Commission's regulations and all applicable.

Accordingly, Facility Operating License No. OPR-61 is hereby amended by adding a new Paragraph 2.C(5) to read as follows:
(5). The~ licensee shall maintain in effect and fully implement all prcvisions of the Commission-apprcved pnysical security plan, including amendments and changes made pursuant to the authority of 10 CFR 50.54(p). The approved security plan consists of 10 CFR 2.790(d) information, collectively titled, "Haddam Neck Security Plan," dated December 21, 1977, as revised June 21, 1978, August 4,1978, and February 20, 1979.

The provisions of this license amendment became effective on Februa ry 23, 1979.
