This office has received a copy of your application dated December 6, 1979, which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review and approval.
The application proposed changes to the Technical Specifications for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit 1, relating to organizational changes in Section 6 of Appendix A as well as Section 5 in Appendix B.
Based on guidance from the ONRR staff as a result of their review of your application, we have determined that the requested action involves a single safety issue.
As such, a Class III fee of $4,000 is required rather than the Class II fee which you paid.
It is requested that an additional $2,800 be forwarded to this office as soon as possible.
If the final evaluation of your application by tne ONRR staff reveals that this fee is incorrect, your Company will be refunded any overpayment or billed for any additional amount due.
