Areas examined curing this inspection are described in the Office of

Inspection and Enforcement Inspection Report which is enclosed with this
J etter. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
personnel, and observations by the inspector.
In addition our Mobile Laboratory was also brought to your site and used
by the inspector to make certain independent measurements. The basic
purpose of these independent measurements is to verify your capability

for analy:ing radioactive effluents, and to achieve and maintain comparable
methods of analyses between your facility and the NRC. The complete

data from these measurements will be reported in a subsequent Inspection
