Amendment and Reissue of Materials License No. SNM-1255 Incorporating Materials License SNM-1281 and Terminating SNM-1281 In your letter of October 15, 1978 to Richard E. Cunningham, Director, Division of Fuel Cycle and Material Safety, you requested that Materials License SNM-1265 be amended to incorporate the Operation Specifications contained in Chapter 10 of the Consolidated Safety Analysis Report and to terminate License SNM-1281, the conditions for which are also contained in Chapter 10 of the CSAR.
By another letter dated October 15.1978 to Robert Burnett, Director, Division of Safeguards, you simultaneously requested an amendment to the GE Morris Operation physical security plan.
This request has been handled separateiy by our Division of Safeguards.

With this letter we are transmitting amended Materials License No. SNM-1265.
The amended license pr >vides that operations at Morris be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the January 1979 revision A4 of Chapter 10, Operation Specifications, transmitted February 23,1979, of the Morris Operations Consolidated Safety Analysis Report, NED0-21326.
It further provides that license SNM-1281 is terminated since the use of laboratory standards and sources is now covered by the provisions of SNM-1265.
