Revision 3 of the Topical Report had been submitted to you earlier on March 9, 1979, for review and evaluation.
In your letter of March 13, 1979, you indicated that the quality assurance program in the Topical Report meets the criteria of Appendix B to 100FR Fart 50 and is, therefore - acceptable.
A copy of this letter and the attached NRC evaluation of the Topical Report, GU-QA-1, Fev. 3A are included in each copy submitted.
