Thank you for your letter of February 2,1979, in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation, dated January 18, 1979.
As a result of our review, we find that additional information as discussed with Mr. Terry Baker by telephone on February 15, 1979, is needed. Relative to Item 1 of the Notice of Violation, you stated that refresher training would be provided to an employee at your Freeport, Texas, jobsite as soon as possible.
Please indicate to us specifically when the training will be compl eted.
Relative to Item 2 of the Notice of Violation, you stated that all exposure devices will have the keys removed before being stored.
Please describe the action you have taken to assure that all workers will comply with this condition.
You should submit the aboye requested infomation within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
