Dear Mr. Denton:
The Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company on behalf of it-self and as agent for the Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company and The Dayton Power and Light Company hereby submits eight copies of Revision 9 to the Industrial Security Plan for Wm.
H.
Zimmer Nuclear Power Station - Unit 1.
This submittal constitutes Amendment 104 to the Application.
Revision 9 is in the farm of Appendix F to the Industrial Security Plan.
This is in response to the July 24, 1979 notice in Federal Register, Volume 44, No. 143.
Appendix F to the Zimmer Industrial Security Plan addresses the requirements of 10 CFR 73.47 (f), Fixed Site Requirements for Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance.
Appendix F should be filed in the Industrial Security Plan behind Appendix E.
As the Industrial Security Plan and its parts are proprietary, we reauest that this material be withheld from public disclosure.
THOSE PARTIES RECEIVING COPIES OF THE SECURITY PLAN MATERIAL ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE SIGN, DATE, AND RETURN THE ATTACHED CONTROLLED DOCUMENT RECEIPT FORM ALONG WITH THOSE PAGES REMOVED FROM THE INDUSTRIAL SECURITY PLAN.
