Dear Mr. President:
I urge you to instruct the.Juclear Regulatory Commission to allow the North Anna 2 nuclear plant owned by Virginia Electric and Power' Company to be operated.
Failure of the NRC to license this North Anna 2 facility has increased my electrical bill by 15%.
Also, failure to use the facility forces Vepco to burn fuel oil and at this time we must conserve fuel oil.
Again I urge you to order the NRC to approve the operation of North Anna 2 in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
