Dear Secretary Chilk:

The above-referenced brief, mailed to the Service List on February 20, contains various typographical errors. Most of them are minor and obvious. They do not change meaning and 1 see no reason to burden the recipients of the brief with a list of errata.

However, there are three errors which need to be corrected:

1) A sub-heading was omitted in the middle of page 8. Accordingly, I am se' ding you a substitute page 8, containing the heading " Petitioners Intervened as Governments" and marked in tne extreme lower right hand corner with an "s."

2) on page 14 delete the word "and" from the eighth line.

3) On page 22, the word " misrepresentation" in the ninth line from the bottom shoulc'.

I would appreciate it if your office and the various recipients of the brief would replace page 8 with the substitute page and make the two corrections on page 14 and 22.
