In the referenced letter, which was our response to IE Bulletin 79-01 Revision 1, it was indicated that there was no plan to use concrete expansio'n anchors for attachment of Seismic Class I pipe supports for WNP-3/5.

Since there has been no change in plans for utilizing concrete expansion anchors, the criteria prescribed in the bulletin does not apply to these projects.
