SUBJECT:

TASK ASSIGNMENTS We are now preparing the final GEIS on uranium milling following publication of the draft GEIS in April 1979.

Costs presented in the draft GEIS are being reviewed in consultation with Argonne and their engineering contractor, Stanley Engineering Company.

A representative of Stanley is scheduled to visit us on February 20 and 21, 1980, to review information on costs submitted by applicants and mill operators in their submittals.

Each project manager listed above is assigned to review applicant and operator submittals for nis/her cases and to extract or earnark all pertinent information on costs related to tailings management and disposal by c.o.b. February 19, 1980.

Collected information should be given to Dan Martin.

I expect this should take each of you only a very short period of time. Martin or Miller should e }ontacted if there are any questions concerning this assignment.
