On Janaury 30, 1980, with the reactor in the run mode, while performing procedure IINP-2-3303,llPCI Pump Operability, the llPCI' Minimum Flow Valve,

RCIC, ADS, CSS and LPCI were operable per Technical Specifications 3/4 5.1 Action a.

The cause of the occurrence was sticking switch contacts on flow switch 2E41.-N006.

The switch contacts were cleaned and procedure llNP-2-3303 was s:atisf actorily

performed. This is not a repetitive event.
