This report is being submitted by Babcock & Wilcox on benalf of the B&W 177 Fuel Assembly Gwners Group and will be referenced by the Owners Group utilities on their ind.vidual docke ts.
This interim report has been prepared in accordance with references (1) and (2) and provides a basis for concluding that continued operation of the following B&W plants is justifisble: Oconee 1, Oconee 2, Oconee 3, Crystal River 3, Three Mile Island-1, Arkansas Nuclear One-1, Rancho Seco, and Davis-Besse 1.
The final report, in accordance with reference (2), will be submi tted to the NRC no later than July 1,1980.
