Should a revision be required to the NRC Certificate of Compliance No. 6387, Revision 4, you should identify the items to be changed in terms of the NRC Certificate of Compliance and provide the ncces:;ary evaluations and demonstrations showing that the requested revised package satis'ies the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71.
