Ctmditions Prior to Occurrence Unit 1 in refueling cutage; unit 2 in normal operation et 1,075 E'e; unit 3 returning to service after unit trip following turbine stop valve testing.
Identification and Description of Occurrencet During inspections required by JE Bulletin 79-14, it was determined that scistric restraints had% rut been installed on the reactor building closed-cooling water lines inside the d:7-well, A safety evaluation was perfor=ed, and the result.s *.licated,that a potential existed for failure of the Rr.CCW lines during a eisinic event.
Since this sysic n does bot have autunatic containment ir mation, the funecional requirc:r+nt of the contaircent syste=s could be prevented, Remote nusnual inntation valves could be operated fress the control roo:n to isolate these lines,

Other Related Events: Units 2 and 3 have been evaluated to determine vbether potentf al exists for similar failure:-
L%it 3 bas been inspected during a rece-outage; the doctmentation pertaining to installation of seismic restruints on unit 2 has been reviewed; and it has been determined that these restrainto have been installed.
Correceive Action Taken or Planned:
Seicmic restraints vill be installed on the unit prior to startup from this outage.
