On behalf of People Against Nuclear Energy (PANE),
I acknowledge receipt of the First Set of NRC Staff Inter-rogatories to Intervenors.
Although the first footnote appears to request a response from PANE, the subsequent interrogatories refer only to " admitted issues."
Since the admissibility of PANE's psychological distress con-tentions awaits decision by both the Licensing Board and the Commission, PANE has no contentions that fall within the scope of your request.
