pursuant to paragraph 50.71(b) of 10 CFR Part 50.
Paragraph 50.71(b),
which becace effective on September 2,1968, reads as follows:
"(b) With respect to any production or utilization facility of a type described in 3 50.21(b) or 3 50.22, or a testing facility, each licensee and each holder of a construction permit shall, upon each issuance of its annual financial report, including the certified financial statements, file a ccpy thereof with the Commission."
It is requested that ten (10) copies of your 1968 annual financial report be submitted at ycur earliest convenience.
