The Atomic Energy Consission has issued Amendment No. 4 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-50, issued to the Metropolitan Edison Coopany, Jersey Central Power and Light Company, and the Pennsylvania Electric Company for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1.
This Amendment is identified as Change No. 4 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-50.
Copies of the Amendment, the Safety Evaluation by the Staff, and the related notice, which has been fonvarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, are enclosed.
We have concluded that the issuance of this Amendment will not be inimical to the conson defense and security or to the health and safety of the public, and that the Amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.
