The amendment includes Change No. 6 to the Technical Specifications and is in accordance with your request dated May 14, 1975, and as supplemented by letters dated June 9,1975M% //o, /C)'M.
The xnend:sent permits changes to the Technical Specifications to revise the requirements relating to the frequency, selection and conduct of inspections and the reporting requirements pertaining to the Tendon Surveillance Program and the Ring Girder Inspection Test.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation and the Federal Register Notice are also enclosed.
