ASchwencer The Commission has issued the eRE18ssh"imendment No.16 to racility Operating License No. DPR-50 for the Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit No. 1.
This amendment is in response ts your request dit;ed April 15, 1976.
This amendment modifies the Technical Specifications to permit the use of type "C" tests, as defined in 10 CFR 50 Appendiz J, to determine the leakage of valves served by the Fluid Block System.
Changes to your proposal were necesa,ary to meet our requirements.
These have been discussed with and agreed to by your staff. Your previous Change Request No. 22, dated October 29, 1975, which is still under our generic review, will be changed to reflect the con-tents of this A=-nhn_t No.16 as issued.
Copies of the related Safety Evaluation and the Federal Register Notice are also enclosed.
