This license amendme:t is effective as of the date of its issuance except for the new locations of the specified environmental monitoring stations. Because of the preparatory work required prior to the relocation of these environmental monitoring stations, the provisions of this amendment relating to their new locations are effective nir.ety (90) days after issuance of the amendment. During this ninety-day period, monitoring may be performed either at the present locations or at the new locations specified in this amendment.
