Dear Mr. Eilperin:
I am writing this letter to confirm my telephonic request of you this day that you supply me with a letter which sets forth the status of your Commission's extraordinary nuclear occurrence determination.
Included in this status report, of course, should be an estimated dat-when you feel a final determination will be rendered.
Also, I am writing this letter to a advise you that on or about November 1, 1979 the Court will forwarding

This information should address what kind of radiation was emitted, how much radiation was emitted and the locations in

reviewing the material supplied to us by counsel for Plaintiffs and Defendants and commenting on the accuracy of the same.
In addition, we would also appreciate an independent statement and chart,from your Commission which also addresses these questions.
