THREE MILE ISLAND LITIGATION In an October 2 letter the Magistrate who is handling the Three Mile Island damage lawsuits in Pennsylvania has asked us to review an analysis, being prepared by the parties to the lawsuits, of the extent of radiation releases resulting from the Three Mile Island nuclear accident.

He has also asked for the Commission's inde-pendent statement on the same subject with an accompanying chart.
