July 19, 1979 Docket Nos. 50-361A 50-362A Nete to LMP and LA NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF PARTIAL APPLICATION This antitrust information for San Onofre 2 and 3 has now been accepted and should be noticed in the customary manner for additional antitrust information, i.e., Notice of Receipt of Additional Antitrust Information on Partial Application for Construction Permit and Operating License:

Time for Submission of Views on Antitrust Matters.

However, since antitrust review has been previously noted for Southern Califoriiia Edison Company and San Diego Gas & Electric Company, care should be exercised to solicit only those views on antitrust matters pertaining to the new applicants, i.e., the City of Riverside and the City of Anaheim.

For example, the concluding paragraph of the Notice might read as follows:

Any person who wishes to have his views on the antitrust matters with respect to the City of Riverside and the City of Anaheim presented to the Attorney General for consideration should submit such views to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission...
