The Commission's Office of the Controller has been authorized to refund one of the two Class II amendment fees of $1,200 each for Fort St. Vrain.

The fees were sent with your application dated April 2, 1979, for changes to Technical Specifications 4.5.1, 5.1.2, and 5.5.2 of License No. DPR-34.

We have determined that since these are two minor pro forma changes they should be considered as a single Class II change.

The refund is now being processed by the Controller's office and will be sent to you as oon as possible.
