During the course of the Staff's continuing studies of ECCS performance characteristics, the Staff has identified certain aspects of accumulator delivery whicn should be considered further.
This i.atter related to pressurized water reactors is discussed in the attachment to this letter.
For reasons outlined in the attachment, the Staff does not believe that this matter has any effect on the issues in this proceeding.
