OF THE PREHEARING CONFERENCE BY BRENDA MCCORKLE AND CARRO HINDERSTEIN, INTERVENORS Carro Hinderstein and Brenda McCorkle request the Commission to hold the prehearing conference in the above matter pursuant to 10 CFR 52.752 in a convenient place to the majority of the parties in Houston, Texas.
Intervenors recommendations are:
1.
Marriott Hotel, 2100 S.
Braeswood, Houston, Texas 77030.
2.
Federal Building, 515 Rusk, Houston, Texas 77002.
Intervenors note that the Federal Building is several blocks from the Applicant's headquarters and their Houston attorneys, and the Marriott Hotel is close the the homes of the Intervenors.
For these reasons, Carro Hinderstein and Brenda McCorkle, Intervenors, ask the Commission to hold the prehearing conference in a convenient location.
