i1 All of the actuating arms on the valves of concern have been replaced and

The new arms are of one piece construction and they

F-are more substantial 'than the original arm ~ design.

We feel that the actuating arms are no longer a concern and that the new arms will provide reliable valve position information, therefore, this letter

=1 is considered to be our final report under the. provisions of 10CFR21 and 10CFR50.55(e).
