Ui Docket No. 50-219 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT N0. B-37 AMENDMENT NO. 10 Effective Indemnity Agreement No. B-37, between Jersey Central Power & Light Company, and the Atomic Energy Comission, dated October 3,1967, as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
The amount "$125,000,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$140,000,000" is substituted therefor.
The amount "$96,875,000" is deleted wnerever it appears and the amount "$108,500,000" is substituted therefor.
ine amount "$28,125,000" is deleted wherever it appears and the amount "$31,500,000" is substituted therefor.
Item 2a of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is deleted in its entirety and the following substituted therefor:
