_ Notice of Violation Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on February 9, 1979,
- ertain activities appear to be in noncompliance with NRC regulations and the conditions of your NRC License No. 25-01706-03 as indicated below:
1.
Contrary to License Condition 13, which requires byproduct material be used in accordance with statements, representations, and proce-dures contained in the letter dated December 4, 1974, licensed material was used by two unauthorized individuals during the period May 30, 1978, to February 9,1979.
This is an infraction.
2.
Contrary to 10 CFR 19.11(a) or (b), neither the documents required by 19.11(a), nor the notice required by 10 CFR 19.11(b) were posted in room 115 of the science complex on February 9, 1979.
This is a deficieacy.
3.
Contrary to 10 CFR 19.11(c), Form NRC-3, " Notice to Employees," was not posted in room 510 of the Health Science building on February 9, 1979.
This is a deficiency.
