Dear Mr. Zelinsky:

Enclosed is the response of TMPA to your letter of January 4,1979 to our Washington attorneys requestir:g adJitional information in connection with the pending request to amend the Comanche Peak construction permits to reflect the ownership interest of inter alia, Texas Municipal Power Agency ("TMPA"). You requested the response of the Cities of Bryan, Denton, Garland and Greenville, Texas, to Question 9 of the "Information Requested by the Attorney General for Antitrust Review". These responses are submitted by Texas Utilities Generating Company in its capacity as agent for TMPA as set forth in our recent application for amendment to construction permits.

As noted in that application, we would appreciate it if you would direct all correspondence to R. J. Gary, Executive Vice President and General Manager, with copies to those indicated.
