Dear Mr. Knotts:

The following is the response of the Cities of Bryan, Denton, Garland, and Greenville, Texas, to Question 9 of the "Information Requested by the Attorney General for Antitrust Review" regarding the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station. 1. Bryan: A list of the adjacent systems and the information requested in Question 9 is attached as " Exhibit 1, Bryan." A map outlining Bryan's facilities and showing the general location of the smaller electric utilities is attached as " Exhibit 2, Bryan." 2. Denton: Robert E. Nelson, Director of Utilities of the City of Denton, has informed us that there are no smaller electric utilities adjacent to the City of Denton's service area. Accord-ingly, no exhibits relating to the City of Denton are enclosed. 3. Garland: The only smaller electric utility which serves an area ad]acent to Garland's service area is: Farmer's Electric Cooperative, Inc. Interstate 30 East Greenville, Texas 75401 Farmer's Electric Cooperative has no generating capability and purchases all of its energy from Tex-La Electric Cooperative. A map showing the facilities of the City of Greenville and the service areas of the adjacent smaller utilities is attached as " Exhibit 5, Greenville."
