I would like information regarding the reliability of the neutron absorber plate proposed to be used at the Kewaunee facility.
Along with this, I would like an explanation of why this information is considered to be proprietary as well as a statement of what info =ation generally fa]ls under this category, It seems to me that test results, problems encountered, and the proposed neutron absorber plates' reliability can all be disclosed without releasing any " trade Secrets."
In addition, I would like to know if t're Applicant's request for payment for documents (their referances as listed in their response to the Intervenors' first set of Interrogatories) is standard pro-cedure and/lbgitimate?
