Attached to this letter is a revised list of Requests for Design Changes (RDCs) which replaces the list transmitted to you by my letter of November 9, 1978.
Field checking and design development of seismic piping restraints and snubbers has led to revisions of some of the items on our list of November 9,1978.
In addition, some items were incorrectly described in the earlier list.
The revisions and corrections are as follows:
Job 1 The elevation has been corrected to 37.
Job 2 The location has been corrected to the Fuel Building.
Job 4 The attachment location has been revised to the floor.
Job 5 The restraint has been changed to a rigid hanger on 24-in. CCW piping attached to floor support steel in the Fuel Building.
Job 7 The attach =ent location has been revised to the floor, and the snubber number has been changed.
Job 8 The elevation has been revised to 46 f t, and the location corrected to the Fuel Building.
Job 9 The snubber has been revised to a rigid restraint attached to a structural steel column, and the support number revised to suit.

Job 13 The restraint number has been changed.
Job 14 The snubber has been revised to a modification of a structural steel restraint, and the support number revised to suit.
Job 16 Attachment location has been revised to structural floor support steel.
Job 17 The snubber has been revised to a rigid restraint.
The line and support numbers have been changed.
Job 18 Location in the Auxiliary Building has been designated.
The revised list is provided as Attachment 1.
Provided as Attachment 2 is a new list of Requests for Design Change and another work item which supplements previous lists.
As before, the 1:. ems on these lises will not affect the load carrying capabilities of any major shear wall.
The Licensee will continue to keep the Board informed of all activities at Trojan which may be construed as being related to the Trojan Control Building.
