The enclosed memorandum Miller to Higginbotham, above subject, dated July'15, 1980, is sent for action.
It appears from the memorandum that MLB did not contact the right people; i.e., Murchak or Bonet. They did.
however, contact Benet and he cannot locate the source. At this point, location of the source is unknown. At one time it was reported to be at the Mt. Zion, IL facility.
