Program, we have assumed that you are applying your Appendix B, Part 50, QA Program to your shipping activities.

You should identify your program to us by docket number and date of the submittal.

Also, provide the date of approval of your program by the Commission.

Please provide the information within thirty (30) days from the date of this letter.
