Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
The Omaha Public Power District received IE Bulletin 79-17, Revision 1, dated October 29, 1979, requesting that inspections be performed and information supplied in regard to stagnant borated water systems at the Fort Calhoun Station.
In response, ultrasonic examinations required by the bulletin (item 2(b)) vill be performed during the 1980 refueling cutage, scheduled to ec==ence January 14, 1980. A visual examination, as required by the bulletin (item 2(a)),
will be performed in December, 1979 The District's response to item 1 of the revised bulletin is complete as submitted in cur letter of August 2h, 1979, which pro-vided a response to Bulletin 79-17, as originally issued by the Cecmissicn.
