With your letter dated August 17, 1979, you transmitted your Edwin I. Hatch fiuclear Plant Units 1 and 2 security personnel training and qualification plan to the Office of fluclear Reactor Regulation for review and approval.
By letter dated December 6, 1979, we inforced your Company that this filing is subject to the requirements of 10 CFR 170.22, and requested a Class III fee of $4,000 for Hatch 1 and a Class I fee of $400 for Hatch 2.
These fees have not been received; therefore, they should be submitted to this office within fifteen (15) days after your receipt of this letter.
