Thank you for your letter of January 19, 1979, in response to our letter dated December 11, 1978, with an enclosure. As discussed in a telephone conversation on February 1,1979 between Mr. R. E. Oller of this office and your Mr. D. Takada, with regard to Item A.1 of your letter dated January 9,1979, we understand that your corrective action includes documenting that the AtlI referred to is the Authorized fluclear Inspection Specialist for Factory Mutual, who is authorized by the ASME Code to review and accept quality assurance manual revisions.
We have no further questions at this time. We will review your correct-ive action during a future inspection.
