My letter to you dated December 22, 1978, advised that your October 20, 1978 application for amendment to Facility Licenses DPR-21 and DPR-65 requires a Class III amendment fee of $4,000 for Millstone Unit No.1 and a Class I amendment fee of $400 for Unit No. 2 pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
The application was for Environmental and Safety Technical Specification changes for Millstone Units Nos.1 and 2.
To date we have not received the requested fees.
Fees totalling $4,400 should be forwarded to this office within fifteen (15) days after your receipt of this letter.
