This Heavy water is to be used by PNC as moderator in the prototype reactor of the Advanced Thermal Reactor named "FUGEN".

Export shall be made in three shipments as follows:

1)

First Shipment 2 tons.... August 1,1979 2)

Second Shipment. 4 tons.... March 1, 1980

3) Third Shipment 4 tons.... May 1, 1980 Total - Ten Tons (Nissho-Iwai Araerican Corporation was approved six tons of Heavy water, ExportLicenseapplicationundery!AT-0005, March,1979).
