Dear Mr. Wharton:
This letter confirms our understanding reached over the telephone this week that Mr. Ron Carstens has agreed to appear to have his deposition taken on February 7, 1979,.at 10:00 a.m., in conference room B-50 of the Sheraton Airport Hotel, 1590 Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, California.
This is a change in the arrangement set forth in the " Notice of Taking Deposition of Ron Carstens" which'was served in the above entitled matter on January 4, 1979.
This change is agreed to at the request of Ron Carstens.
As set forth in the Notice, this deposition will continue from day to day until completed.
