St. Lucie Unit No.1 Docket No. 50-335 Security Plan Enclosed herewith are four (4) copies of changes to Revision 0 to the St. Lucie Plant Security Plan dated October 18, 1978.
The copies are numbered MCD-56-1 through MCD-56-4.
The revised plan is submitted in response to your letter of January 26, 1979.
We understand that the plan as revised is acceptable to your staff.
This plan as revised meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.55.
By a copy of this letter, we are forwarding Serial No. MCD-56-5 of the changes to the plan to Mr. J. P. O'Reilly, Director of the Region II Office of Inspection and Enforcement.
Appendix C to the St. Lucie Plant Security Plan is also enclot.ed and is submitted in accordance with your letter of February 2,1979, which suggested that we develcp compensatory measures for those items which we identified in our leti.er to Mr. Denton of January 10, 1979, as requiring additional time t, complete.
The compensatory measures in Appendix C do not decrease the effectiveness of the security plan and therefore do not require NRC approval prior to implementation in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(P).
We understand that Appendix C is acceptable to your staff.
