The Conmission's Office of the Controller has been authorized to refund the Class III amendment fee ($4,000) for Arkansas fluclear One, Unit I which was submitted on September 21, 1978, for your appli-cation of May 19 relating to relief from the testing requirements of the 1974 ASME Section XI Code.
From a further review of the application and your request dated January 10, 1979, the Commission has determined that the refund is in order since these requests are supplemental to the application dated October 19, 1977, which is currently under Commission review.
The refund of $4,000 is now being processed by the Controller's office and will be sent as soon as possible.
