We have completed our review of the General Electric Vallecitos Nuclear Center Safeguards Contingency Plan which was transmitted to us by your letter of September 8,1978.
On the basis of this review we have deter-mined that your submission will be acceptable after minor revisions have
' been incorporated.
Please make revisions to your plan indicated by the comments contained in the enclosure to this letter and furnish six copies of your revised plan for our final acceptance review.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of September 8,1978, and the enclosure to this letter contain information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, they are deemed to be commercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to dicelosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
